Ben Inzelbuch: Congratulations to Captain Leroy Marshall on an incredible 25 years of service to the Lakewood community what an achievement! For more than two decades, you have shown tremendous dedication, strong leadership, and real commitment to the people of Lakewood. That kind of service deserves respect and recognition. I’m proud to call you a close friend, and I’ll be right by your side for whatever comes next whether you continue moving up within LPD or take your talents and leadership wherever the future leads. Congratulations again, Captain Marshall. Twenty-five years of service is a big deal, and Lakewood is better because of you.
