Toms River Man Pleads Guilty To Drug, Weapons Charges A Toms River man pleaded guilty to drug and weapons charges stemming from a five-month narcotics investigation, the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office announced. Ravonn Terry, 38, pleaded guilty before Superior Court Judge Dina M. Vicari to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and unlawful possession of a handgun, Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said.
