Manasquan Woman Charged Months After Allegedly Running Red Light While Drunk, Killing Brick Woman A 23-year-old Manasquan woman has been charged in connection with a three-vehicle crash in Wall Township back in March that killed a Brick woman and injured another person. Tamra G. Lawlor was charged with second-degree Vehicular Homicide and fourth-degree Assault by Auto. She had previously been charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Failure to Observe Traffic Control Devices, and Possession of Open Unsealed Marijuana in a Motor Vehicle. The crash occurred shortly after 5:20 p.m. on March 5 at the intersection of Route 70 and Morningstar Road. Lawlor was driving a Subaru Crosstrek when she allegedly ran a red light and struck a Toyota Camry operated by 58-year-old Eileen Ziesmer of Brick.
