The Metropolitan Police is investigating allegations that Reform UK broke laws on foreign funding following a Channel 4 News investigation.The Met said it received “a number of reports” about donations and polling involving a political party. The allegations concern potential offences under the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000.Detectives are working with the Electoral Commission and Crown Prosecution Service and are seeking footage from the broadcast.
