The UK has sanctioned two Iranian nationals and summoned Iran's ambassador, following the suspected Iran-linked plot at RAF Fairford. Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband said the UK "will not tolerate threats on British soil", accusing Tehran of using criminal networks and proxies to undermine security.
