Jaime Huiracocha, 53, was sentenced to 1 to 3 years. Victor Murillo, 34, was sentenced to 2 years. Queens DA Melinda Katz and Gov. Kathy Hochul announced the sentences Thursday. Prosecutors say the pair staged three crashes between August and October 2024 on the Belt Parkway near Erskine Street, the Belt Parkway in Rosedale, and the Nassau Expressway. Murillo drove.
