🇮🇱-Netanyahu Attacks Ofer Winter: “I Have No Personal Problem With Him” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu attacked Brig. Gen. (res.) Ofer Winter this evening over the launch of his new party, “Amcha Yisrael.” At a settlement tribute event, Netanyahu said: “I have no personal problem with him, but a national problem. If he passes the electoral threshold, he will bring down other parties.” He added that there are currently “three mushrooms after the rain” — Winter, Moshe Feiglin, and Avi Maoz — and clarified: “Either withdraw or unite with the existing parties. If you care about the Land of Israel and the people of Israel, this is what you need to do.” The remarks come against the backdrop of polls showing that Winter’s party could take votes from the right and push Religious Zionism below the electoral threshold.
