*🇺🇸🇮🇱-Capo Bernie Sanders Agrees Israeli Opposition Not Much Better Than Netanyahu* In a Zeteo interview with Mehdi Hasan, Senator Bernie Sanders said replacing Netanyahu would not make things all right in Israel. Hasan pressed that opposition leaders also support the war in Iran, settlements, and what he calls the genocide in Gaza. Sanders agreed it is a real tragedy. He said many ordinary Israelis do not understand to what degree their nation has become a pariah in the world community. He added that Netanyahu encouraged that shift, but a significant part of the Israeli population has moved to the right. Sanders said he hopes brave leaders will take it on, and agreed that none of the current opposition figures seem to meet that criteria.
