Armenia’s parliament has ratified a strategic agreement with the United States to advance President Trump’s proposed transport corridor, known as the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP).
The project will establish a transportation corridor connecting Azerbaijan to its Nakhchivan exclave through Armenian territory, while expanding regional trade and railway connections. Under the agreement, the U.S. will hold a 74% stake in the development company, with Armenia retaining 26%, while maintaining sovereignty over its territory.
