Senior Israeli and Lebanese military officers are holding U.S.-mediated security talks at CENTCOM headquarters in Tampa, Florida, amid disagreements over Hezbollah's disarmament and Israeli military positions in southern Lebanon. The three-day meetings began Tuesday. Israel maintains that Lebanon's military has failed to prevent Hezbollah from rebuilding its infrastructure, while Defense Minister Israel Katz insists the IDF will not withdraw from the security zone.
