🇮🇱🇨🇴 NEWS: Israeli "El Banquero" Wanted In $16.7 Million Dubai Fraud Arrested In Colombia A 61-year-old Israeli known as "El Banquero" (The Banker) was arrested Thursday at Bogotá's El Dorado airport by Colombian police and Interpol, on a Red Notice from the UAE. He was identified as Mikhael Mezrahi. He is wanted in the UAE to serve a prison sentence for fraud, money laundering and forgery, tied to a network that allegedly cheated Dubai's Bank of Khartoum out of about $16.7 million. He was trying to leave Colombia, reportedly carrying four passports: Israeli, Mexican, Canadian and Lebanese.
