The infant was pronounced dead at the hospital. The mother and her 5-year-old daughter remain in stable condition. - Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said CobonGuzman had never held a valid driver’s license and faces manslaughter, unlicensed driving in a fatal crash, and assault by auto. Ariadna Lazaro-Flores, 22, of Toms River, is charged with knowingly creating a substantial risk of death.
