New York Attorney General Letitia James has sued prediction-market platform Polymarket, alleging it is operating an illegal, unlicensed gambling business in New York. The lawsuit follows New York’s July action against rival Kalshi and April lawsuits against Coinbase and Gemini over their prediction-market offerings.
