New satellite imagery shows Iran advancing reconstruction work at the “Taleghan 2” nuclear-related facility at Parchin, which was damaged in Israeli strikes. Imagery from September 13, analyzed by nuclear expert David Albright’s Institute for Science, shows cranes, bulldozers, trucks, concrete mixers and pumps, along with new concrete reinforcements around the facility.
A covering has also been erected over Taleghan 2, obscuring the work area from direct satellite observation. The Parchin site has previously been linked to Iran’s nuclear weapons program and high-explosive testing relevant to the weaponization process.
