🇺🇸 *GO VOTE! IT'S ELECTION DAY IN AMERICA:* Millions of Americans are heading to the polls today in critical midterm elections that will determine control of the U.S. House and Senate for the next two years. Republicans face political headwinds amid inflation, the war with Iran, declining Trump approval ratings, and polls suggesting stronger Democratic voter enthusiasm. Early voting has already shattered records, with more than *54 million ballots cast* — nearly 9 million more than in the 2022 midterms. *U.S. SENATE:* Republicans currently hold a 53–47 majority. Democrats need a net gain of four seats to take control. *U.S. HOUSE:* Republicans hold a razor-thin majority, with Democrats needing a net gain of just three seats to reach the 218 seats required for control. The results will determine the balance of power in Washington for the final two years of President Trump's term.
