A new Israeli government report exposes a systematic operation by Turkey-based anti-Israel groups to “hunt” IDF soldiers who hold Turkish citizenship, using social media to identify the soldiers, map their families and connections, and attempt to determine their IDF units. The information is then publicized and transferred to lawyers to file criminal complaints against the Israelis with authorities in Ankara. The report says the network behind the effort includes organizations with ties to designated terror groups, while documents also describe expressions of support for Hamas among activists involved.
