Iranian IRGC experts visited Yemen’s strategic Bab al-Mandeb region to oversee tunnel construction and discuss installing radar systems, two Houthi military sources told AFP. The Iranian personnel reportedly visited the Bab al-Mandeb area, Mokha’s port and airport, and a military camp east of Mokha between Thursday and Friday. They also discussed placing radar systems near Mokha and on Zuqar Island in the southern Red Sea.
