Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman is reluctant to seek direct Israeli assistance against the Houthis despite repeated attacks on Saudi Arabia, while receiving Israeli intelligence through American mediation. Riyadh is also closely watching Israel’s upcoming elections, Ynet reports. A senior Saudi official said Mohammed bin Salman would not embark on another venture with Netanyahu, adding: “If he loses the election, we can turn over a new leaf. If he wins again, we won't be the only ones in trouble.”
