The Department of Homeland Security confirms that ICE arrested controversial far-right commentator Milo Yiannopoulos at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport yesterday for overstaying his legal admission to the United States. DHS says Yiannopoulos legally entered the U.S. through New York City in May 2019 but remained beyond his authorized stay. An immigration judge issued a final removal order on July 22 after he failed to appear for an immigration hearing, and he remains in ICE custody pending removal.
