Likud announced Thursday evening that MK Tally Gotliv will be permitted to run on Itamar Ben Gvir’s Otzma Yehudit slate in the upcoming Knesset elections and will not be declared a defector from Likud. Under the agreement, Gotliv will remain bound by Likud party discipline in Knesset votes until the 26th Knesset takes office. The deal follows days of negotiations between Netanyahu and Ben Gvir over Gotliv’s move.
