British Defence Secretary Wes Streeting has warned that the UK has just over 1,000 days to prepare for a potential war, saying hostile powers could develop the military capabilities needed to attack Britain by 2030. Writing in The Telegraph, Streeting stressed that Britain must be ready to fight and win alongside its allies.
Streeting called for strengthening Britain's armed forces, expanding domestic weapons production, and deepening cooperation with NATO and the United States to deter potential attacks, warning that the country must be prepared if deterrence fails.
