Israel’s Central Elections Committee chairman, Supreme Court Justice Noam Sohlberg, sought to reassure voters that the October 27 Knesset elections would be conducted securely, rejecting concerns that the voting system could easily be manipulated.
More than 7.3 million Israelis are eligible to vote at 12,018 polling stations nationwide, with approximately 450 million ballot slips prepared. Officials are also preparing for possible cyberattacks, missile threats, and other disruptions on Election Day.
