Russia launched another wave of attacks against Ukraine's energy infrastructure, striking facilities across several regions and leaving tens of thousands of households without electricity.
Ukraine's largest private energy company, DTEK, reported damage to three facilities in the Odesa region, leaving approximately 32,700 families without power. Ukrainian officials said emergency repair crews are working to restore electricity as Russian attacks continue ahead of winter.
