Smotrich unveiled what he called the Religious Zionist plan for the Negev and Galilee, setting a goal of bringing one million additional Jews to the regions. “Yes. Judaizing!” Smotrich said. The plan calls for 40 new communities, dozens of farms, expansion of existing communities and hundreds of thousands of new housing units. He also pledged to cancel what he called “reckless plans” in Arab communities, establish industrial and employment zones, remove planning barriers, and seek control of the Planning Administration and Israel Land Authority in the next government. “After the revolution in Judea and Samaria — it’s the turn of the Negev and Galilee,” Smotrich said.
