Israel's High Court has ordered the Central Elections Committee to explain its decision allowing Likud to electronically monitor voter participation during next week's Knesset elections.
The ruling places the monitoring arrangement under judicial review just days before the October 27 vote. The court has not overturned the authorization but is demanding an explanation from election officials.
