Israeli businessman Rami Levy is in talks to acquire Arkia Airlines through his company Israir, according to Channel 12. Arkia is reportedly facing a financial crisis, with estimated losses of $40 million since the beginning of 2026 and growing tensions with employees. Israir confirmed it was approached about a possible acquisition but stressed that no deal has been reached.
