A federal grand jury issued a subpoena Monday to Daniel Richman, a longtime friend and former adviser to ex-FBI Director James Comey, as part of a new Justice Department investigation into allegations that Comey leaked classified information to the New York Times, Fox News reports. The matter was previously investigated during President Trump’s first term but was halted after President Biden took office. The new probe is separate from the investigation involving Comey’s alleged threats against President Trump.
