Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi met CIA Director John Ratcliffe in Cairo on Sunday, expressing Egypt’s full support for efforts to reach a U.S.-Iran agreement aimed at restoring regional security and ensuring freedom of international navigation. Sisi also called for the full implementation of the Gaza ceasefire agreement, including protecting civilians and ensuring humanitarian aid reaches Gaza, while creating conditions for a political process toward a two-state solution.
