Israir Airlines announced Tuesday that it was suspending ticket sales for flights to Marrakech, Morocco, and freezing plans to expand the route following the attempted terrorist attack aboard a flydubai passenger aircraft. The decision comes amid new Israeli aviation security requirements introduced after the incident. Israir had planned three weekly flights to Marrakech and was negotiating to lease an additional aircraft for the expanded service. The airline said those plans are on hold pending final security instructions, emphasizing that passenger and crew safety remains its priority.
