🇶🇦 — REPORT: Qatar Offers Crude From Inside Hormuz for October–November - Qatar has tendered three crude grades — Al-Shaheen, Qatar Marine, and Qatar Land — in 500,000-barrel cargoes for October and November loading. - The offer is free on board from Qatari terminals inside the Strait of Hormuz. Some Gulf sellers have used ship-to-ship transfers outside the strait for buyers wary of the waterway. Al-Shaheen is a key Asian sour-crude benchmark.
