The U.S., Britain, France and Germany are preparing to push an IAEA resolution next week that would refer Iran to the U.N. Security Council for the first time in 20 years, Reuters reports.
The measure would demand that Tehran urgently address its non-compliance with nuclear safeguards and take the steps needed for the IAEA to verify its nuclear declarations. The draft has not yet been formally submitted, and negotiations over its final wording are still underway.
