Former Communications Minister Yoaz Hendel said Tuesday that his political alliance could support either Benjamin Netanyahu or Gadi Eisenkot in forming Israel's next government, depending on the election results. Hendel, whose Reservists party has joined forces with economist Yaron Zelekha's Economic Party, predicted that the alliance would win at least five Knesset seats. Hendel warned that concentrating votes exclusively among larger parties could contribute to another political deadlock. He said his faction would examine potential coalition arrangements after the election rather than committing in advance to either candidate.
