The U.S. military destroyed two Iranian boats Monday after IRGC forces attempted to seize a U.S. Navy unmanned vessel patrolling the Strait of Hormuz, Axios reports. U.S. officials said an American drone fired two missiles at the boats, killing most of those aboard. CENTCOM said the attempted seizure failed and the unmanned vessel remains under U.S. control. Iranian media claimed the strikes instead targeted fishing boats near Kargan and Larak Island.
