National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir publicly challenged Prime Minister Netanyahu Tuesday, warning him against weakening Otzma Yehudit ahead of the election while potentially preparing to form a unity government with Gadi Eisenkot. Ben Gvir urged Netanyahu to attract voters from outside the right-wing bloc rather than competing against his existing coalition allies. Ynet reports.
Ben Gvir also expressed satisfaction with Police Commissioner Daniel Levi and said he wanted to introduce major changes within the IDF similar to reforms he has pursued in the Israel Police and prison system.
