Her remarks come amid growing uncertainty over her future in Likud. Ynet separately reported that President Netanyahu is expected to give Gotliv his blessing to leave, while Otzma Yehudit chairman Itamar Ben Gvir has spoken with her and is considering placing her among the top five candidates on his slate.
