Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed a summit with President Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping next month to negotiate an end to the Ukraine war without Ukrainian President Zelensky, The Wall Street Journal reports. Putin hopes to secure favorable terms for Russia amid warming ties with Trump. The meeting could take place in China on November 18–19, although Trump has not yet agreed to participate.
