The Lebanese Army seized 200 kilograms of explosives hidden in bags and prepared for smuggling near Qasr-Hermel along the Syrian border. The smugglers reportedly fled back into Syria. LBCI reports. The seizure comes days after security forces intercepted a truck carrying 250 kilograms of C4 explosives headed toward Beirut from the Syrian border. Two suspected Hezbollah terrorists were arrested.
