The Committee of Yeshivas in Eretz Yisrael issued special instructions Tuesday to Chareidi yeshiva bochurim amid growing concerns over military draft enforcement and student arrests. The guidance was distributed ahead of the winter zman. Arutz Sheva reports. Students were warned to submit required documents before enlistment deadlines and avoid traveling abroad without arranging their military status. Foreign-resident students with Israeli citizenship were advised to resolve their status before entering Israel.
