🇨🇳⚔️ CHINA EXPELS TWO TOP GENERALS - China has expelled two of its highest-ranking military leaders, Zhang Youxia and Liu Zhenli, from the Communist Party and military over allegations of corruption, political disloyalty and abuse of power. - Zhang, a former vice chairman of China’s Central Military Commission, had long been viewed as one of Xi Jinping’s closest military allies. The cases have been sent to military prosecutors. - A previous Wall Street Journal report alleged that Zhang leaked sensitive nuclear weapons data to the U.S., but Chinese authorities have not confirmed that allegation; the official charges announced today focus on corruption and disloyalty.
