Former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant sharply attacked Prime Minister Netanyahu’s conduct following October 7, claiming Netanyahu projected an “atmosphere of defeatism” during the days after the massacre. Gallant also said he did not see Netanyahu at the Kirya until 10 a.m. on October 7. Likud rejected his account, insisting Netanyahu arrived at 8:22 a.m. and accusing Gallant of lying.
