Netanyahu, IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir, former President Reuven Rivlin and former Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon have been summoned to testify in the submarine procurement investigation. Closed-door hearings begin November 1, after Israel’s elections, and continue through December.
