PLANE DAMAGED IN MID-AIR CHAOS: Images of the flydubai Boeing 737 MAX that made an emergency landing in Saudi Arabia show a section of the aircraft’s rear rudder missing following its terrifying plunge from 34,000 feet to roughly 17,000 feet in under a minute. Former Shin Bet aviation security chief Arik Zer told Channel 12 that the extreme descent likely caused the damage, rather than an impact from an outside object. Images also showed the passengers — many of them Israelis — safely disembarking at Tabuk Airport.
