Senior Pentagon officials reportedly plan to delay releasing an investigation into a U.S. airstrike on an elementary school in Iran until after the November midterm elections, Bloomberg reports. The strike killed more than 150 people, including at least 123 children. Investigators reportedly identified flawed intelligence, outdated satellite imagery and excessive reliance on artificial intelligence as contributing factors. The report has reportedly been nearly complete for months.
