A federal judge has rejected President Trump’s attempt to block the BBC from subpoenaing members of his inner circle in its defense against his $10 billion defamation lawsuit, Bloomberg reports. The BBC is seeking emails, text messages and other communications from figures including Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, Steve Bannon, Stephen Miller and Michael Flynn related to January 6 and efforts to challenge the 2020 election results. The judge said the requests were reasonable but may need to be narrowed.
