BREAKING: FBI agents arrested a 35-year-old Albany woman who allegedly plotted to bomb the New York State Capitol and kill lawmakers inside, federal prosecutors said Thursday. Jessica Bowie is charged with attempting to provide material support to ISIS. According to the criminal complaint, Bowie pledged allegiance to the terror group, repeatedly surveilled the Capitol, purchased materials for an explosive device, discussed disguising a bomb inside a DoorDash bag, and hoped to carry out the attack while state senators were meeting.
