President Isaac Herzog's office has strongly denied a report claiming he would push for a rotation agreement that would allow Netanyahu to serve another two years as prime minister in exchange for retiring from politics and receiving a pardon. The President's Office called the report “completely fake,” saying no such proposal exists. It added that official election results will only be submitted to Herzog next Wednesday, after which he will consult with the political parties before deciding whom to task with forming a government.
