An emotional moment took place in the Brisk Yeshiva over Shabbos, as the Rosh Yeshiva, HaGaon HaRav Avrohom Yehoshua Soloveitchik, spent Shabbos in his new apartment adjacent to the yeshiva and participated in all of the tefillos. To the astonishment of the mispallelim, after receiving the Levi aliyah, the Rosh Yeshiva recited Birchas Hagomel while weeping profusely and overcome with emotion, following the severe illness and ordeal during which he had been critically ill.
