The European Union and Gulf Cooperation Council have postponed their October 24 summit in Riyadh following continuing Houthi attacks against Saudi Arabia and the closure of King Khalid International Airport. The decision follows a Houthi attack on the airport that killed at least 13 people and wounded hundreds. Officials said a replacement date for the summit, which was intended to address regional security and economic cooperation, would be announced later.
