Prime Minister Netanyahu convened a security consultation overnight that lasted more than five and a half hours and concluded at 1:30 a.m. Following the lengthy meeting, Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich told Shirit Avitan Cohen: “The State of Israel has no interest in joining the limited confrontation between Iran and the United States. The current situation is the best one for us.”
