The Trump administration has withdrawn its subpoena demanding that the University of Pennsylvania turn over records on antisemitism complaints and information connected to Jewish campus groups. The decision does not end the EEOC’s broader antisemitism investigation at Penn. The court filing did not explain why the subpoena was dropped.
